TRAUMA / BOND by SJL Poetry and photography coalesce in SJL's first self-published book. It is a verbal and visual depiction of a trauma bond relationship that is both toxic and intoxicating, ultimately leading to self discovery. Broken up into three sections, TRAUMA / BOND begins with the 'honeymoon' stage, followed by the inevitable 'heartbreak', and concluding in a 'homesick' journey for oneself.
